NOS affianca l'Università di St. Andrews nella realizzazione dell'ambizioso progetto di ricerca internazionale PRESS PLAY Creative Interventions in Research and Practice, sull'uso delle tecnologie nella produzione culturale, volto a superare il confine dell'ambito accademico per permettere agli artisti di misurarsi con la sfida espostiva della loro ricerca.
Grazie alla consulenza di NOS per l'installazione delle opere, le soluzioni espositive e quelle di fruizione al pubblico, PRESS PLAY ha messo in mostra il lavoro dei tre artisti Katia Kameli, Nikolaj Bendix Skyum Larsen, Justin Randolph Thompson, che, a partire dalla loro doppia formazione di artisti e ricercatori hanno elaborato opere multimediali su tematiche legate alle storie coloniali che li riguardano.
NOS complements University of St. Andrews in the realization of the ambitious international research project "PRESS PLAY. Creative Interventions in Research and Practice", about technology and cultural production. The project challenges the conventional boundaries of disciplinary practice and invite researchers to devise new and more creative strategies for communication and dissemination. The show features the multimedia installations of three contemporary artists and researchers Katia Kameli, Nikolaj Bendix Skyum Larsen, Justin Randolph Thompson. Their work constitutes an interrogation of colonial and postcolonial histories and mobilities through critical and sensorial investigation.
NOS provided an advice on works installation and exhibition layout, as well as on functional use for audience
